Janiel offers great massage but lacks in customer service. Took me about a month to schedule my 1st massage because she would not reply texts/voicemail (had to get Groupon involved). And 2nd massage I just canceled with Groupon because after another month trying to make an appointment I could not wait any longer for her to get back to me. I understand we are all busy, but answer to your customers!

It was m first time using "untie the knot" massage therapy services and it was a fantastic therapy session. Therapist was extremely experienced and knowledgeable of my ailments.
