I live in Crestwood and I thought I ould use my groupon in their store there. I went to their store in LaGrange and purchased a table. After waiting about six weeks I picked up the table only to find a crack and scratch in it. I called and they said they said they would replace the top. About another six weeks the top was in. Their tech would call for an appointment to bring top and put it together. no call. called again and finally the tech came and put it together. Right after he left, I noticed a scratch on edge and side of table. Had to make another appointment. Finally fixed.It took about three months. Left a phone message, saying I should be compensated in some way, no response.

Thank you to the lady that finally assisted me. She was professional and helpful. As far as the man in the business...you are in the wrong profession!! Be sure you know what you are getting into before using a venue such as groupon to advertise your business!

make note of "no floor samples" on Groupon; perhaps have a minimum amount item for Groupon -- it seemed store was concerned about making back their investment in item, but a side table of 335 - 200 Groupon = 135, less than store paid. perhaps figure out how to calculate.

Anna Marie was awesome! So easy to work with, helpful, and personable! I usually dislike dealing with furniture salespeople, but Anna Marie made it a no-pressure, easy,and pleasant experience. I will continue to shop at your Arlington Heights location becasue of her!!
