Don't bother going to anybody else but Dixie Medford for your eyeliner or eyebrow tatooting. She is the most experienced and knowledgeable in the business. She trains too.

Dixie is the most knowledgeable PMU artist I have ever come across. Her personality is so fun too! She gets the eyeliner right on the lash line, unlike other PMU “artists” I’ve seen where there is a very noticeable gap in between the lash line & actual eyeliner-which was a HUGE bonus. She obviously knows what she is doing after 30 years in the industry.Lastly, amazing price! I HIGHLY recommend her

I am so happy with the results! My only regret is not having done this sooner. The service I had was permanent eyeliner above and below. I was so tired of having my eyeliner smeared just about every time I had it on for more than 15 minutes. Another advantage...it is on when I wake up making me look better in the morning. I highly recommend and would do this again in an instant. Personally, I had no pain and very little swelling...lots of compliments from my family the same day I had the procedure.
