Had to get someone else to redo the work she did.

The business owner, Kassandra, didn't contact me back to honor my follow-up appointment, which she said was part of the package I paid for. The initial part of the procedure was sub-satisfactory so I was really relying on the touch up to correct the remaining issues. At this time, I still have to heavily fill in my eyebrows. Kassandra doesn't have a regular business in Kansas City, so it is not possible to go talk to her in person at a site. She just comes into town every so often to teach a class out of a random office building, so it's not like you can really follow up with a school or anything to get in touch with her. Also, she was very unprofessional in general. I had to continuously follow up with her to find out how to prep for my initial appointment. She gave me the wrong address for my appointment. She was 45 minutes late for the appointment. She also encouraged students in her class to take pictures of me and take videos of the procedure being done, even though in the paperwork I completed with her, I declined having pictures or video of me taken/distributed. It's really unfortunate and disappointing. I chose to get services from her to support a Black female business owner but her service and professionalism is poor.

Nobody greeted me. It was first time for me and there was no explanation of what I was about to go thru. Felt rushed out of the door when we were done

The woman that does the lashes was really great whilst doing them. I realized when making my appointment that the Groupon cost me more than it would just to go and get the lashes done by her. They also lasted less than a week and I had gaps in them the following day and the lashes were stacked which I was told is a way to cut corners in application. When I reached out she never got back to me.
