The Perfect Escape, Arlington

Founded by a group of friends united by their shared love of escape-room games, The Perfect Escape illuminates the power of cooperation from its very inception. That group worked hard to design the puzzles, challenges, and stories behind a series of thrilling scenarios. In each one, the players must work together to think decipher clues, think outside the box, and communicate in order to escape the room and finish the challenge within the one-hour time limit. Future rooms to be announced, but for now read on to learn more about the rooms currently available at The Perfect Escape:

• O'Bannion's Safe (Difficulty: 6/10): Local mobster Franky "Sawed-Off" O'Bannion has managed to keep authorities at bay for years, but he's made a crucial error. According to an informant, the evidence needed to put O'Bannion away is locked in a safe within the barber shop that's a front for his misdeeds. The only problem: agents have already tried to retrieve it—and never returned. You'll need to crack the safe and escape with the evidence without becoming the next line in O'Bannion's ledger.

• Escape the Pharaoh's Tomb (Difficulty 8/10): An ill-advised decision to split from their guided tour lands the group in the clutches of the Pharaoh. The players must hurry to escape the curse before it's too late. To survive, they must explore the carefully-crafted room by interacting with artifacts and fully immersing themselves in the world of Egyptian legends and mysteries.
