Deliberating is half the fun at Delightful Food Court. The buffet-style spreads of the hot food and salad bars feature an eclectic assortment of comfort foods from cuisines throughout the world. Peruvian-style chicken sits in a Cajun-inspired marinade before grilling to perfection on a rotisserie spit. Vietnamese pho noodle soup, fried rice, and Vietnamese banh mi sandwiches stuffed with shredded pork, radishes, cilantro, cucumbers, and jalapenos all evoke flavors from across the Pacific. The selection even includes a handful of dishes from a bit closer to home, including country fried steak and honey-baked ham. Once diners finish perusing all of the possibilities, they are free to assemble a personalized smorgasbord and either enjoy it indoors, outside on the patio, or at the nearest furniture store.
