Wish I can give 0 star! “Patty” I guess, is super nice, talkative, old fashion way to cut hair. But Ladies, be aware there is a weird old guy “running” her business in the same dusty room, asking questions, trying to touch my hair and me while redeeming the Groupon. Disgusting!!!! I will NEVER go back. With that man as “partner”, really hurts her little business.

Worst experience ever. Went there for highlight (groupon is highlight, cut, and style). immediately I was told charge extra $40. the lady was talkative,but just not quality services. After 4.5 long hours, my hair got burned, over bleach damaged. then she put some kind of color, completely covered the highlight. Then she asked if I want get hair blow dried. So I have to left with wet hair in mid of Dec. with same hair color i came in but greatly damaged, with no hair cut.
