Terrible Experience. The booking experience is challenging. I had my appointment cancelled and rescheduled a total of 3 times. Nadine asked me to redeem my voucher before coming in and then cancelled my appointment and told me to ask Groupon for a refund. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Not good.

The results were awesome. I got her sugaring services. I can rate her on 5 stars for the results themselves. However, rating the overall experience is 3 stars. She has select availability which makes it very difficult to schedule when I work full time as well. She had only one time slot in a 3 week time period which makes using her Groupon difficult so that’s the negative experience. Overall, she was nice. Didn’t talk much and doesn’t ask for your name when you schedule so it felt impersonal. When I sat outside her studio she referred to me as the “arm wax?” And still never asked for my name. So it was a little awkward, but she was very smiley just didn’t talk.

Nadine was amazing! I bought one Groupon for myself and another on for my sister . She was able to accommodate us the same day. The space was clean and she definitely knew what she was doing . We are coming back
