Good massage, but 3 stars because I wasn’t prepared for the “hard sell” (and ensuing negotiation) for tip.

Excellent massage. Nice location off Columbia Pike with parking. Very thorough massage tailored to my needs. I have very tight muscles and I felt great afterwards. Nice quiet rooms as well. I recommend highly.

Pros: great massage (I feel so much better) + love the hot stones + take Groupon on weekends too + friendly conversation
Cons: scheduling ahead of time like 3-4 weeks. They are fully booked + a little tricky to find the entrance for the parking. Get there 15-20 min early for your first visit.

I tipped 25% and got yelled at by the therapist for not tipping more. She also showed up 15 mins late for the long-scheduled appointment. Massage was good though.

Excellent deep tissue massage. Mandy was terrific and very knowledgeable. She checked in on pressure throughout the massage to make sure it wasn't too much or too little.

Next to impossible to get anyone on the phone or in person to schedule, multiple interruptions during massage, Groupon is for two massages, as soon as I gave the woman the tip, I took out my calendar to schedule the follow up massage and I was told that the manager wasn't there at the time and she was the only one who could schedule the appointment. Have called multiple times, left messages

Purchased as a gift for someone and while the experience was enjoyable, only the back was done. The massage didn’t include the front which was unexpected.

You get your money’s worth, but don’t go here expecting a spa-like experience. The atmosphere and smells were almost enough to make me want to leave. Right when you walk in, it feels a little cold/businessy. The music playing during the massage kept skipping. The massage was a lot of short quick movements that really didn’t feel too relaxing. Definitely not some place I would want to return to.
