Silvia is so nice. And the laser treatment done is very effective even with 1 more session remaining. But a little difficult to connect her over phone.

Silvia's spa was easy to find, spacious, and clean! She was friendly, thoughtful, and very clearly skilled. I'd never done laser hair removal before, so I'm happy she walked me through the process before we got started and let me ask questions throughout. She gave me a few helpful recommendations for aftercare techniques and products when I asked, and she even directed me to some delicious local breakfast fare and the closest metro station before I left. She made it easy to tip through Venmo and/or Zelle, and she knew exactly how to manage the Groupon Voucher. I'm glad I found Silvia's spa and look forward to my next appointment.
