HotShots Sports Bar and Grill, Arnold

Food was decent, service not so much. I realize this can be person-specific, but told me there weren't specials ... But there were! Two small modifications in my order were wrong ... one ignored & the other incorrect. 1I didn't even mention the one that was wrong, but the other I did. It was corrected & then got a bill with an up-charge for a different sauce? If a restaurant needs to charge for a change, fine, but need to tell you when ordering vs finding out when you get the bill. I was using amount I paid for the groupon as it had expired and that was a huge hassle also ... Server initially said it couldn't be used since it expired, even though it clearly says paid amount doesn't expire. As an aside, I hate the outfits they have to wear. Maybe they don't mind, but find it offensive, not "cute".

We had a great time at HotShots. The food was good. The service was amazing!

Very good waitress and tasty food. Wings very good. Philly cheese kind of short on steak until I asked for more. They addressed it though.
