Unfortunately I was unable to redeem this groupon because this provider has very limited availability and did not work on weekends. After two different attempts to schedule an appointment weeks in advance this groupon expired.

I called the woman 6 times. Only revived one call back and she was booked out 3 months, which means my Groupon expired before she could even fit me in, will never go back.

I have been trying to schedule my 2nd appointment for 3 weeks now. Left multiple messages and sent 4 texts and no response. I even tipped her for both services beforehand because I thought she was trustworthy. Very disappointed with melane and how she runs her business.
