Manneken Frites serves up fresh-cut, twice-cooked tributes to the traditional fry shops of Belgium. The frites here echo those across the ketchup pond, right down to their presentation inside traditional paper cones. But when it comes to dipping, Manneken Frites goes above and beyond the Belgian standard. The golden spuds can be dunked into 25 different sauces, which chefs make with mayonnaise, peanut butter, yogurt, and ketchup bases. The delicious accompaniments touch on traditional flavors, such as curry mayo, as well as more avant-garde varieties, including white barbecue sauce and ranch made with blistering ghost chile.
