What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I have been a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist for nearly 5 years. I have worked with many clients ranging from ages 14-70 years old. My approach to your health and fitness is comparable to none. Everything we do will be completely customized to fit you and your lifestyle.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
My approach to keeping clients motivated is simple: remind everyone of why they are here in the first place! No one hires a personal trainer to baby them. I will be firm, yet understanding of everyone's unique fitness limitations. None of my client have ever left the studio without smiling!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I am a Men's Physique competitor. 5 years ago (as I was training for a show), I began noticing how people would crowd around to watch what I do, they would mimic what I ate and ask for me to train them. That was motivation for me to step out and become certifed to what I love to do: Help others!

What do you love most about your job?
The smile on my clients' faces when they begin to see strength gains, physique morphing and improved energy levels.
