Hi there Crystal. I’m sorry to hear this feedback, and am grateful for your honesty. I’m sorry for needing to reschedule our first appointment, we were preparing for to leave the country for the first time in my life. Packing for the trip and preparing for my sister’s wedding in France was more involved than we previously anticipated because my sister’s interest in my involvement with her wedding increased, and changed last minute. I’m here for my family, and you were fine with the situation at the time, which is why I’m surprised to hear of such disappointment. I do respect you and your time. I realize it’s difficult to understand there are people with families and lives behind the Groupon. It’s also true that you were always able to return your Groupon, rather than reschedule. Your hair was clean when you came in, and I offered a shampoo. You declined after I said it was best to shampoo, and dry your hair so we could cut it straight. You agreed and mentioned that other stylists also did that with you in the past. I did remove density from your bangs so they were less full. I’m sorry that I cannot make them longer as a service. Well, hello Maria. I’m surprised to hear this feedback, after you were happy with the outcome. It’s been six weeks since you first called for an appointment explaining that you needed a color correction after you knowingly just bought my Groupon for a regrowth color which is an entirely different tocand definitely less expensive than a color correction.in the first voicemail you left me.
