The trainers at Thank Dog! Bootcamp tap into dogs' energy and devotion to motivate humans to get into shape. Bootcamps cater to two-legged and four-legged participants at the same time. Instructors divide each 60-minute workout into 10-minute segments alternating between cardio, obedience training, and doggie downtime while humans perform strength-training drills. In addition to being a good form of exercise, the classes instill basic obedience-training techniques that can be used at home.
