I've only had Obi-Wan in the Arden facility, and I can highly recommend both the people and the environment. They have a special little "good by" ritual, where the manager has the dog sit and the two of them observe the owner leaving. The manager explains to the dog that the owner will definitely be back, and he/she will have the best care during their stay. I've never seen that kind of respect in a doggie daycare before. I sincerely appreciate their compassion and dedication to making both the dog's and owner's experience so positive.
