Cycle City, Hopkinton

Newcomers are welcomed to Cycle City, a brand-new spinning studio, by a City Mayor. This front-desk representative directs them to the locker rooms and provides them with coffee, fruit-infused water, or juice. Then, once the exercisers click into their stationary bikes, the serene lighting goes down, the driving music turns up, and a City Coach brings their own unique motivational style to the class. The low-impact, high-intensity cardio workout has indoor cyclists pedaling long distances and powering their way through steep inclines. And when they return to the locker rooms, sweaty and red-faced, the Mayor hands out hot towels and keys to the city.
