Horrible Customer Service. on my appt. date I missed their call stating they where on there way (number came up on my caller ID as unknown) and when I called to check and see if they were coming the Gentleman on the phone was extremely rude and frustrated. Needless to say, the Procleaner representative stated I would have to rebuy my coupon and schedule another date because they paid Gas money to come to my home. But they never came to my home. Really strange business transaction. Later that date about 5:30 pm a unknown number comes in on my caller ID and I answer it. It was Pro-cleaners the gentleman said "oh now you want to answer your phone". Beware! not sure if this is a good company to deal with. Something seemed SHADY!!!
