The instructors at Atlanta Hot Yoga - Buckhead believe that “a yogini is a professional of the interior landscape, an expert conservationist of the vital life force, prana.” Within their variety of yoga classes, they strive to teach patrons of all skill levels how to channel this life force through concentrated breathing paired with inner- and outer- strength-cultivating poses. Students move through a variety of asanas (poses) inside a room that is heated to allow the body to sink deeper into stretches and to detoxify through sweat and breath. They offer several other classes as well, including Vinyasa Flow, power yoga, Deep Slow Flow, Barkan Method, restorative yoga, yin yoga, meditation, and Pilates.
