Dashing through the snowless streets of Atlanta in nothing but a skimpy bathing suit and Santa hat, male and female runners in the annual Santa Speedo Run show off their christmas spirit and uncovered thighs during a 1.5-mile fun run. Scantily clad male and female participants follow the big, jolly man himself, who leads the charge up North Highland Avenue before concluding the event with a raffle, costume contest, and an acknowledgment of the top racers. And to up the holiday cheer even further, the non-competitive event raises money for local charity organizations throughout the community.
