They were supposed to show up at 1p and instead showed up after 7p and then complained that it was too dark to be unloading the pod. During the period of time that I waited for them, they kept giving false estimates of ETAs... Like next 20 min or an hour... And then showed up and never called until 3-4 hours later. Despite extreme tardiness, when they started working, they worked fast and efficiently. That part was impressive. They don't assemble bed frames even though I called and asked beforehand and they had said they do. Their reasoning was that they only assemble if they were the people to disassemble it. So if you're moving from out of town, they can't help you with assembly.

I'll first say, the actual movers were great The were timely, worked efficiently, and even in my upset moments, handled the situation politely The management staff, I'm afraid, is another story I initiated contact via email, per their groupon instructions, with a date request & explained that I would not need their truck, only their movers to assist loading my truck I never got a response, so I followed up a week later By the time they got back to me, my date requested was unavailable Unfortunately I am moving across the US, so my timing isn't very flexible I made it work, and that was that Today, the movers showed up in their moving truck & told me I am responsible for their gas Per my original request, I did not need their truck, so I was very confused by this After a drawn out discussion, the mover would not give me his boss's number so I could speak with him/her, claiming if I didn't pay, it would come out of his check Of course my bleeding heart couldn't push any more at that point, and I paid it along with tip At the end of the day, I paid nearly $200 for one hour of moving assistance I didn't save money in this situation, I actually paid more than I would anywhere else To say I'm dissatisfied is an understatement I'd be happy to change or delete my review of management would call me back & issue a refund for the gas fee

They was very slow They sent the wrong truck To compensate for the small wrong truck they sent they was suppose to add a third man but he never cam

They are SUPER efficient and really nice They don't try to get over on you You can tell they are there to get the job done The best moving company I have moved with!
