As a trainee of Baron Baptiste—a trailblazer in the world of Power Vinyasa yoga—Shelley has built the studio around athletic, breath-fueled poses that bolster strength, flexibility, and focus. The signature Baptiste Power Vinyasa routines unfold in an 85- to 90-degree room designed to deepen stretches and evict toxins. Students of all abilities are welcome, and the studio is happy to introduce total beginners to the practice of yoga.
