Drama Kids International began as the brainchild of Helen O’Grady, a TV actress with a new way of looking at drama and performance education. More than 25 years later, Drama Kids boasts upward of 450,000 current students in camps from the United States to Asia. The camp offers thoughtfully designed programs for kids, and drama instructors who teach at the college level incorporate speech, dramatic movement, improvisation, and social-skill activities into the curriculum. In addition to regular classes, Drama Kids offer summer camps that conclude with a performance for parents and friends.
