Amazing. Love that this place is all organic. Staff is friendly. Store is clean. Felt like a new person after my 3 day Dtox Box Juice Cleanse. The juices tastes great, and the elixirs are awesome!!!!
The juice cleanse specialist, Kyleigh, isn't great at answering or returning phone calls in a timely manner in my experience, but that's not enough for me to bump it down a whole star.

I bought a Groupon and it said to give 24-hour notice before arriving so they can prepare the 3-day detox. I called and the person on the phone said not to worry, that I could come in right then and there and pick it up. So I did.
But turns out he was completely wrong. When I arrived the people up front looked at me with befuddled faces. I was told I had to come back tomorrow because of the 24-hour notice. 24-hours from that point would have been 3:00pm the next day. But he told me that would be too late because the cooks would have left by then and that I would need to come earlier. I asked what time and I was given a very vague answer like "sometime around 1 or so". I wasn't getting a straight, confident answer from him so I pressed him for a hard time by asking "If I come before 12pm tomorrow will it be ready?" and he replied with "Yes". He wrote down my name and number on a yellow pad and said everything would be taken care of. I left thinking everything was going to be taken care of.
So I show up at 8:00am the next day and met with the manager/owner. I introduced myself and he went "Oh yes, Devin!", so I know he obviously got the memo. However, once I said I wanted to pick up my order he changed his tune and said he didn't know what I was talking about. I explained to him the situation and about how this was my second visit. He played dumb and said that the terms and conditions of my Groupon stated I had to give 24-hours notice and that I would need to come back tomorrow to pick it up. I was quite frustrated at this point and left to return the next day.
I showed up the next day and it was finally ready. But it took me THREE separate trips to pick up an item I had over $100 for.
