There was a 30 minute wait to get into the 10:00pm comedy show. Don't know why but the show did not start till 10:30p. I would think they would want people to have a drink and order some food instead of standing in a long outdoor hallway.

Service was slow, food was ok, seared scallop way overpriced for the very small scallop, but worst of all, red wine was very warm. Great potential but needs on site management.

There was only one server for the entire restaurant (only about 5 tables occupied), and the service was absolutely horrible! We asked for water (w/ lemon) about 4 times, and when it finally came- no lemon. My friend asked to taste a Chardonnay, and several minutes later, a full glass was brought to the table, along with my glass of red, which was not chilled AT ALL... Pretty bad for a place called "Cellar 56". The food was OK, but I will NEVER return to Cellar 56, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Very unique combination of flavors. In a good way. Not very many people there on a wensday at 7 pm. It could be noisy on a weekend night

Cellar 56 was a great restaurant. The atmosphere and decorations are great and everyone who works there was very friendly! My boyfriend and I spent about an hour or more at the bar waiting for a friend to arrive and the bartender couldn't have been friendlier. Once we sat down to eat, the food was amazing and did not disappoint. Definitely try the mac and cheese and the fried green tomatoes! I will be back in the future!
