About Eclectic Bistro and Bar

In Europe, bistros are known for serving sumptuous food in a casual environment. Though it sits on the other side of the Atlantic, Eclectic Bistro and Bar is no different. Here, the kitchen crafts dishes with international influence, as evidenced by the sweet chili and cucumber salad that accompanies the herb grilled pork chop, or the eatery's signature mussels, flavored with fragrant caramelized shallots and garlic.

The atmosphere is just as authentic as the food: guests sit at wood tables, surrounded by rustic exposed brick walls. Outside a lovely patio overlooks the Botanical Gardens, making it a good spot for a romantic date and a perfect place to test if bushes grow faster when they smell pasta.

Amazing from start to finish. Wow. They were so kind and didn’t treat you any different which was super refreshing. Buddy was so kinda. I would recommend tipping very well, over 20% as we did. We tipped about 35% because it was such a good deal and we wanted to show our appreciation. The food was KILLER!

The Midtown Bistro was exceptional. From the friendly greeting from the waitstaff to the presentation of the dishes created. I will be returning with my family and friends

Small,super-casual space with a pretty limited menu where they make fantastic drinks (try the Epic Manhattan, you'll only need one!). We had the calamari appetizer which had absolutely no flavor whatsoever; the mussels & Cajun pasta were good. Nice neighborhood spot but not worth a special trip.
