I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I NEVER GOT TO USE MY VOUCHER. I RECEIVED A TEXT FROM A CRAIG AND WAS ASKED TO RESCHEDULE NUMEROUS TIMES AND STILL NOTHING. I REACHED OUT TO GROUPON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY COULDNT HELP SINCE I GAVE CRAIG THE REDEMPTION CODE WHILE BOOKING THE APPOINTMENT. AT THIS POINT, I HOPE NO ONE ELSE EXPERIENCES ANYTHING LIKE THIS. THIS IS EXACTLY WHY ATLANTA HAS SUCH A TERRIBLE REP WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This is Craig the owner. I have asked you several times to reach out to Groupon to Have your Massage refunded. I’ve also sent Groupon an email asking them to refund your massage or to reschedule it to a place that can accommodate you. I hope your day gets better

The owner of this salon is a scammer. He has you send him your voucher code, redeems it and never gives the service. My service was reschedule 3 times and I never received my massage. He lied and stated he would send the refund but never did. Check out the reviews on Google, they tell it all. Smh. Craig you should be ashamed.

I apologize we had one Massage Therapist out sick and one that had to leave the country to South Africa to see her parents who are sick. I suggested that you contact Groupon to get a refund Or exchange your voucher to a company that can accommodate you, In addition, I emailed Groupon asking them to follow their policy and to please refund the voucher.
