Ripped off. My Groupon was marked as redeemed and I never even called them for an appointment. When I noticed, it was expired.

Loved initial treatment and bought another Groupon a few months later which I cannot rate yet. Made the apptmt for the first of the 2 treatment Groupon. I was wondering why she wanted to make it a back to back 2 hour treatment. The appmt was cancelled with a text message 2 days before the treatment. NOBODY returned my calls or gave a reason for canceling, I guess I lost that money....

This is a total scam so do not purchase this deal. It took me forever to get an appointment because they do not keep their stated business hours. I left several messages and got a call back 2 weeks later. I went in for my consultation and before anything was done, I was asked for $1,000 to sign up to come there regularly. It seems as if the business in struggling and on it's last leg...desperate for business. I purchased 3 sessions through Groupon. After the first session that was done (in a dirty room with soiled rags), I scheduled to come back 3 weeks later. I got a text saying that my appointment was cancelled the night before my appointment. Now I can't get anyone on the phone. Because the deal was claimed I feel like I was drooped and this place only does enough to get the money. I would like a refund but it has been difficult trying to navigate customer service for a claimed deal. Steer clear of this place unless you just want to throw money away.

I have left 4 messages and no one has contacted me. Apparently I redeemed one voucher which I haven’t. They have now expire tomorrow!!!
