I've went here on multiple occasions and had no problem but was extremely disappointed in how they handled business after burning my vaginal area after a brazilian. Within 24 hours of receiving a wax, my skin began peeling, burning & bleeding. I contemplated contacting them because I didn't want to be touched by them again. When I finally decided to call they asked me to come in, but I declined because there would be no way they could correct the service. Since then waxing/sugaring has been a hassle and I am super sensitive in the area.

No after care instructions were given. Not good at all. As a result, developed several in-grown hairs. Not pleased at ALL.

I got a Brazilian wax and brown threading. The Brazilian wax was fine but I was not pleased with the brow threading. I left with uneven brows, one of which was much thinner than I asked for.
