Hi, so in regards to your review, you did book 'Relax Pearl Facial'. Per Groupon, it states (Benefits of Relax Pearl Facial: This pampering facial is created for pure relaxation only and doesn’t include any special skincare treatment.). Now, per your arrival, you expressed that you wanted blackhead removal. I did let you know that service is not included in that particular facial, but I will go ahead and add it free of charge since you had a Groupon. You then express to me your problem area as being your chin this is all a form of consultation. Now to speak on ambiance; the massage table and spa music the majority of my clients enjoy. I pride myself on making sure clients have a relaxing atmosphere which reflects in my other reviews but everyone has their own personal preference. Those choices might not have been to your liking. I did recognize you from a previous business that I was partnered with and I hope this review was not done with ill intentions or motives. I do hope you can find a spa that better fits your needs next time.
