Staff needs to be more attentive and anticipate needs of the guests--filling water glasses, etc.

This place was nothing to write home about. The food was pretty good, but not for the price. Even with the Groupon, a 20% gratuity was added, which is ridiculous for a party of two. Luckily the waitress wasn't a total mess, though she did not deserve the gargantuan tip she automatically received. The salmon was cooked well, but the relish that topped it was overwhelmingly sour-tasting and not appealing. The same goes for the scallops - well cooked, but masked by the sourness of the corn-bacon topping (which is strange, because sour is not often a descriptor of something primarily composed of corn and bacon). The only things that had no issues were the steak and the herbed fries it came with.

the staff is very knowledgeable about the menu, very helpful. On both occasions that I've dined there, the chef or owner has come out to say hi and ask about my dining experience. That was a nice touch & personable touch which I appreciated.

From Our Editors

Thanks to the guidance of celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, the culinary team at Park's Edge is proud to welcome locals into its newly renovated interior to sample contemporary American fare. Chef Jorge Pacheco summons the fragrant memories of his mother's and grandmother's kitchens as he puts his years of cooking to use in the eatery of his longtime partner, Park's Edge owner Richard Wadlington, Jr. Pacheco enhances pan-seared seafood and succulent cuts of lamb with creative flourishes, such as worcestershire-compound butter and apricot-pistachio relish. He then passes his ambrosial entrees off to friendly servers, who ferry them to guests sitting in the chocolate-hued dining room or kicking back beneath the shade of tall trees and curious UFOs on the secluded patio.
