In a little turn-of-the-century cottage—unmissable thanks to its turquoise paint job—a squad of stylists and party hosts make little girls' dreams come true. During regular visits to the upscale salon, heads of hair are treated to natural, organic products regardless of hair type or texture. The Razz Dazz Girls stylists' ultimate goal is healthy hair growth, but along the way they provide blowouts, twists, silk presses, and curl-defining treatments. Girls undergoing more time-consuming services, like corn rows, box braids, or mani-pedis, entertain themselves with coloring sheets, books, and healthy snacks.

At parties, however, the team really lets the razzle-dazzle loose. As many as eight kids (usually ages 5–14) cluster around salon chairs and gather in a private room for one of the prepackaged parties, which feature beauty treatments and themed activities, such as a photo shoot, karaoke concert, dress-up dance, or DIY project. Parents can also work with the hosts to design a dazzling party specifically geared to their birthday girl and her friends.
