DO NOT PURCHASE! upon purchasing, the instructions stated the b12 shots were to be mailed. Then the instructions clearly provide you an address for pickup..I’m assuming why it stated a consultation is needed. After weeks of calling, nothing. I made several calls to the number provided- no answer or return calls. Syringes shipped in a zip are filled with a water substance-going to get them tested.
