Attendant could've spent a few more minutes to ensure water marks were removed from window and any remaining dirt from wash also removed.

I was very disappointed that my groupon did not include vacuum service. This should be a basic service of any carwash - I can go to most places and get the service for free but when I asked the service provider why he didn't vacuum my car he said they didn't do it for the "cheap" dicount groupon deal

I saw 3 people working on the cleaing inside 1 car I had to wait 10 min just to get wiped off and get my tires clean. While I was wait another car came out & they stared cleaning that car

The tire mechanism in the car wash breaks the air seal between the rim and the tire rubber. The drying team do not do a good job catching what the water wash missed.
