Tanya was absolutely fantastic. My muscles were extremely sore from the repetitive motion of work. Tanya worked out many of the kinks and to my amazement stretched me out like I've never been stretched before. We were visiting Atlanta and my only regret is that True Bliss is not local, because I would be there every week... If you're in pain, and don't take care of yourself, then you deserve the pain you are dealing with... If money's tight then look for the groupon special and go take care of yourself...
