AWFUL - This was for a special valentines evening and we thought it included dinner, in fact my emails even provided the menu However they only let us into a slide show and no live animals to see After getting dressed up for a nice evening and driving 1hr each way to see a slide show was not the experience we thought we would have

The show was just slides the way it sounded was that there would be a live animal show. The food was ok I had to eat a veggie meal because I am allergic to cinnamon and the beef was braised in it. I don't eat grouper at all. So I wouldn't be willing to pay $100 for some veggies again.

Show was 30 mins late.. then dinner was 45 mins late .. no animal encounter as advertised. . We were very disappointed

This experience was completely miserable, and definitely not worth even the Groupon price. The presentations were decent and entertaining. But, there wasn't much to them to make them worth the cost, and the flyer had promised "animal encounters", of which there were none. Afterwards, we were left standing in the lobby for 45 minutes while we waited for our dinner (which was already being served late, at 9pm. So an extra wait for that is really bad.) Finally, after someone in the crowd walked in and said, "We have been waiting out here for 45 minutes. We need to sit down *somewhere*." we just walked in and found seats. It took several minutes for the waiters to start serving, and once they did, there was absolutely no rhyme or reason to how they gave out the food. Half of the room were on their second course before the second half were even served our salad! There was a high-priced wine list, but we were going to splurge and get a bottle anyway, except that no one ever came to our table to ask if we wanted one! And, the groupon was supposed to come with a glass of champagne, which my fiancee had to ask for twice, and we were finally given the glass after we had been served dessert (once again, half of the room had theirs before the salad was even passed out). The couple behind us didn't even get their main course until half of the room had finished dessert and headed home! This had potential to be a great event, but it was completely botched by an untrained staff and poor planning. Definitely would not recommend.
