About HydraFit

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We aren't a CrossFit Gym, however we do focus on functional fitness. Our functional fitness is geared towards fat burning, performance, and other personal goals. We are a boutique gym focused solely on you. We offer a community that is like no other.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We keep clients motivated by constantly varying goals, providing heart rate monitors for them to track their performance, and consistently doing challenges that push them to be better.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I was tired of going to the same basic CrossFit gym and seeing so many people who didn't want to compete lose out on the amazing benefits of functional fitness. Being a competitor myself, I wanted to provide an option that fit both people - HydraFit - focused on the everyday member & the competitor.

What do you love most about your job?
I love watching people transform themselves and become better right in front of my eyes.

OH MY GOODNESS!!! GREATEST WORK OUTS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! I happened upon the gym by chance, walked in and was welcomed by the kindest smiling faces that genuinely were happy to have a chat. The instructor led workouts are great and personally tailored if need be. (But they sure won't let you slack just because!!!) Even the other members of the gym are so welcoming and supportive!
