Bozii, Auburn Hills

A bozii (pronounced BO-zee) is part of a noble tradition of portable meals. It's a toasted warm pocket stuffed with a variety of flavors and premium ingredients ranging from Mediterranean vegetables and proteins such as Maryland lump crab, roasted red peppers, and a touch of mustard to roasted tenderloin. In the morning, there are breakfast incarnations, stuffed with turkey sausage, egg, and cheese. Regardless of the specific Bozii, the culinary team makes each one from scratch, and stuffs it with fresh, natural and preservative-free ingredients, using organic and locally sourced whenever possible. To complete the sustainability ethos, Bozii uses recycled paper and eco-friendly LED lighting.
