I purchased a Groupon for a highlight and style. I wanted blonde hi lights and came out with goldish/orangish and some form of Carmel. I warned her I usually need to go under dryer to get it 'cool' enough, but she didn't put me there. Also my Groupon said hi lights and style, which she didn't even completely blow dry, so by time I got home, my hair got the wave/frizz I don't want as well. I also consider an iron or little curl is part of a style, but she left it damp and without the style. Again, The Groupon was for highlight and style. She was very friendly but just seemed lazy and rushed to provide the service stated in Groupon, tho her next customer wasn't even there yet. If you need a hi light quick over your lunch break or something, she's your gal. Start to finish was less than an hour. When I called a few days later to say my highlite color was so disappointing, she would only redo for an additional fee, so I skipped it. I'm definitely not going back. I'm sorry to say all this because she was so friendly. But this is my experience from my point of view.
