This store is friendly and helpful just like their jingle says! Our Groupons had expired and we were prepared for face value when we used it but they gave us the deal anyway. Now that's what I call customer service and will speak highly of this store!

Ace truly has exceptional customer service. It's easy to see how they can compete with the mega-hardware stores...they're easier to work with and it's easier to find what I'm looking for.

prices are usually the top of retail or a little bit more but if you are really careful sometimes you can get a good deal if it's on sale and a especially with a groupon
