India's Best Cuisine, Aurora

Equally inspired by a 12-member joint family and 18 years of professional culinary experience, India's Best Restaurant & Bar's chef cooks traditional South Asian cuisine with a homespun spirit. Mesquite charcoal smolders inside a clay tandoor oven, adding a smoky richness to the vegetables, skewered meats, and naan bread suspended above the embers. The rest of the menu similarly embraces classic flavors. Creamy chicken korma, fiery lamb vindaloo, and lentils cooked in an aromatic mixture of ginger, garlic, and spices help round out the selection of Indian family favorites.

The dining room shares the casually refined spirit of the menu. Crisp, white linens and glass vases of blooming flowers adorn each of the tables. Fabrics and fringe trim dangle from the ceiling. Against one wall, turmeric-yellow, paprika-red, and sky-blue semicircles add a splash of vibrant color to the space. A full bar is featured as well, which allows diners to pair drinks with many of the food options that are offered.
