I received the Groupon as a present for Mother's Day from my children. They thought that yoga would help me in terms of my wellness routine. I wish that Bikram Yoga would advertise that there are no beginner's classes and/or that you may be publicly called out in front of the entire class for missteps, especially if you are a first timer. If I had known all of the above, I would have had my hard-working, not very wealthy children return the Groupon and get their money returned to them.

Love bikram yoga aurora! I would recommend them to anyone! My first class was the first time i ever did yoga in general, the instructor made me feel so welcome and helped when needed. The instructions were clear and i was relaxed the entire time.
