They called 2x the day of our appointment to push our time later. This really screwed up my day! They had to remove window grills from 12 of my 18 windows. I don't know if they were unfamiliar with how the grills were attached to the window, and if so they SHOULD AH?AVE ASKED, but the grills were not re-attached correctly, one of the Grills was cracked and I had to repair it with wood glue. They lost one of the clips for one of the grills and a number of the clips on other grills were bent. On a scale of 1-10, where 1 is the worst and 10 is the best I'd give them a -2.
