About Wireless Repairology & Accessories
The techs at iTalk N' Repair get folks repair shattered phones and tablets, usually in less than an hour. Working with everything from early iPhones to the latest iPads, the crew pops off busted screens and swaps them out with pristine glass. To keep phones from taking it on the chin in the future, the shop stocks a whole mess of stylish, protective cases.

Great price! Usually phone repairs cost anywhere from $100-$150. This cost about $72 and used the 20% off promo code! Should have bought another one as a backup! Dropped it off at lunch and came back after worked and my phone looked brand new! Awesome groupon!

Buyer beware! I purchased this Groupon to get my ipad 3 screen fixed. I called first to be sure they could fix my ipad when I wanted to bring it in. They said no problem. I brought my ipad to the store, left it there with the guy who simply took a label and wrote my name, groupon and ipad 3 on it and stuck it on the register (That's the way they keep track of appointments, apparently,). I had written my name on the back of my ipad on Sharpie before dropping it off, to be sure it was going to identifiable when I picked it up. (Thank goodness!) They told me 2 hours. I came back 2 hours later, only to be told that they hadn't started it yet and it would be another 2 hours. I live 45 minutes away, so it's a 1.5 hour round trip to go to the store, which I explained several times to the guy who STILL hadn't started working on my ipad. I asked for an actual reciept this time, since I wasn't going to be back for a few days at this point (dropped it off on a Tuesday and planned to come back on Saturday, my next available time to pick it up.) The guy ripped a piece of paper off of the cash register tape and wrote down ipad 3 dropped off 12/27 and Groupon on the itty bitty sheet of paper. He never even took my phone number. I had to tell him to write it down so he could call me when it was done. (He apparently had no intention of calling me when it was done anyway though, because I was never called! I didn't make it back until Monday to pick it up and I was told by some young guy who refused to even look behind the counter to see if my ipad was ready (after I called to verify that it was ready on Sunday and was assured it was done), that it had been sent to the wharehouse to be fixed and his manager would be back with it by 5:30 that afternoon! AGH! I then recieved a call at about 12:30 from the same young guy who told me they didn't have my ipad, that it was, indeed, there. Meanwhile, I was already home and NOT ABOUT TO MAKE YET ANOTHER TRIP BACK TO THE STORE TO PICK IT UP. I sent my husband the following Thursday to pick it up, with the makeshift receipt, as that was the only proof I had that they had my ipad. He did bring it home, but it had a bunch of rubber bands holding the glass on to the ipad. After a day, I took the rubber bands off, only to find that the glass isn't actually glied to the ipad. Apparently the rubber bands were meant to be permanent! Double AGH! Now that I am trying to use the ipad, I can no longer use the home button, because it does not work properly anymore. TRIPLE AGH! I want my money back and I want my ipad fixed properly. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY SERVICE STORE!

I thought it was just the screen on my daughters phone that was broken, but it was the LED as well, which should have nullified the Groupon, but the gentleman said he'd take the Groupon and charge me $30 extra. When we went to pick it up, there was an issue going on with another customer. we waited for a while, then another employee came to help us. the owner then only charged me $20 for having to wait and overhear the other issue. The gentleman we dealt with was polite and professional. I'd go back for a screen repair!
