No no no never doing the cocoon again. If you do not have good upper body or arm strength then do not do this. I nearly got stuck in the machine. It is heavy to open but feels even heavier trying to push up to get out and then kept trying to close as I wad attempting to get out! Had to calm myself down for a while after that experience
