Apparently non-existent. I had to mark a star ... There should have been a star for I don't know. I have never even seen them, much less had them I bought the voucher to use between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I went to look at it to schedule the service, and it says that it has already been used. It has absolutely not been used. My carpets are in definite need of cleaning. What's going on?

We had two vouchers for carpet cleaning five rooms. We had them come and clean four rooms plus the stairs and two rugs. I expected to maybe have to pay a little extra, but when they finished they said we owed $320! There was no estimate in advance, and it seems outrageous to charge that much when the whole Groupon cost like $30. Disappointed there was not more transparency and feel like we were taken advantage of. Do not recommend.
