My experience with the front desk staff was not so great. They kept asking me about following the link that was texted to me to fill out the new client paperwork- I told them several times I did not receive it (I was right, they had to finally send it to me to fill out) so my appt did not start on time although I arrived extra early because I knew I had to leave in time to pick up my child. At check out time the same front desk staff member did not know how to process my groupon voucher and used her cell phone to call another person to help her. Seemed a bit unprofessional to me. The actual esthetician Diana was great! She explained in detail the process of facial hair growth and how electrolysis causes permanent damage to the follicle to prevent future growth. She was very gentle during the session and asked about my comfort level several times. She gave product recommendations and aftercare instructions and explained why they were necessary. I felt very safe and secure with her and trusted the information she gave. I will be going back because I liked the esthetician a lot, but I expect that the check in process will be less of a hassle since I will be an existing client and paying out of pocket.

The girls were super cool and patient.
