About Austin Super Steam
Super Steam's licensed cleaners arrive at homes ready to scrub dust, debris, and odors from carpets, tiles, grout, and air ducts. The technicians activate a powerful truck-mounted Vortex cleaning machine to extract dirt from rugs without the need for harsh chemicals. By using the Vortex, the technicians accelerate the cleaning process, and also help carpets dry more quickly and evenly than tying a blow-dryer to a roomba.

wanted 20 more dollar to do throw rug that he offered to do. Only small area of 3 rooms that was not 600 feet. collected 550 tax (was not in fine print)
I rescheduled for the next day of original appointment upon their request. I had to adjust to leave work early on a different day. left leaves from his hose in my hallway

By far the worst Groupon/ service experience I've ever had. Ruined my carpet by spreading ink all over... permanate stains in 2 rooms. Then the owner told me to F Off when I complained. See Yelp. Should've checked before buying Not worth it!!!

What a scam! Bought the Groupon and they ended up charging me an extra $105. This is ridiculous, all the small things they try to rip you off for. I wouldn't use them ever again, my carpets still have stains and I paid more than I've ever paid before

The man that came was unprofessional. There isn't enough room in this box to say everything that needs to be said. I'll leave it at this, Mr Miller, your sarcasm was not funny. Also, you stick to your profession, and leave others jobs to them.
