Thanks for the introduction via Groupon. Your food is very tasty, nutritious, and easy to warm up. I didn't see a mark on the containers; I assume they can be recycled? My husband wishes you had the ginger cookies all the time!

I did not know about Brown Bag Delivers until it was promoted on Groupon.

The BBD pick up business was horrible. The customer service was lacking. They didn't have a phone line or internet at their location. I scheduled an appointment since it's not a storefront with open hours. I had drive up to the back of a building with no sign and no public entry. No one answered my knocking. I called their number and left a message. I also called backed the number of the appointment scheduler. He asked me to wait and he would arrive soon. I was ultimately ushered into the kitchen where someone was cooking and packing meals. My pre-ordered food was not as ordered. The food was good but I would rather go to Mel's or Fit Foods where the prepared food is readily available in a safe sanitary environment with helpful employees.

Food was delicious AND healthy! I plan to continue ordering Brown Bag meals. So convenient for a single woman who spends 3 hrs/day traveling to/from work each day.
